I engaged and parted ways with 4 auto appraisers on my one Total Loss claim before finding AAG. There is a huge variety of what is available out there, and I was pleased with AAG throughout the entire process. The appraisal was in-person, thorough, and lasted two hours. The individuals I dealt with understood the insurance companies, what made my car worth more than average, and produced a fair value.

Inspector was knowledgeable, timely and communication was excellent. Put up with an angry, uncooperative seller who attempted to interfere with and truncate the inspection. Inspection saved me from purchasing a disaster. Thank you.

My family was in need of getting appraisals for an estate and didn't know where to obtain. After some serious research, we found AAG. We had 2 vehicles in 2 locations. They were able to send separate inspectors to each location. Scott, at the office, kept in full communication throughout the process. Appraisals were detailed and worth the fees. I highly recommend using AAG, no matter where you are in the United States.

I recently retained AAG out of Charlottesville, VA to assist me with an insurance claim appraisal in TN. I dealt mainly with Scott and Kevin and they were so professional & amazing! I recently utilized AAG to perform an out of state auto inspection on a classic car I'm considering buying. The entire team from AAG was very responsive, professional and courteous. The inspection report was very detailed and I was able to speak with both the auto inspector and company owner about the cars details and pricing. Looking at a vehicle of marketplace. Olds 442 and spoke with Tom about it. We both had our suspicions that it was too good to be true. In less than 5 minutes he found it to be a scam and charged me nothing. I’d recommend them any day of the week

To Whom It May Concern: I have had occasion to use AAG pre-purchase inspection services recently in my endeavors to purchase a classic car. I cannot recommend AAG and everyone affiliated with them highly enough. The inspectors were knowledgeable, friendly, and communicated with me throughout the process, and the insights of the president after the inspection put the results of the inspection into perspective. Again, highly recommended.
