During this inspection, we take photographs of the vehicle and gather pertinent historical information as available from the owner. To ensure consistency, our master appraiser oversees all research and valuations utilizing our centralized database. PDF report for each vehicle will be emailed to the client. A printed hard copy is available for a modest fee.

Agents can usually schedule your inspection within a few days to a week. We will work with you to find a time that is mutually convenient. Your appraisal report is typically completed and sent to you within 5 to 10 business days after the inspection.

Yes! Our agents are flexible and most are available to schedule appointments on weekends.

We will authorize your credit card for the anticipated fee when you place the order. We will place the charge on your card, after the inspection takes place.

Yes! Our appraisers are members of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America and all of the inspecting agents have been tested and certified before they work with our company. Our master appraiser is a Graduate of the Personal Property Appraisers  certification program and has a GPPA designation with the National Auctioneers Association. 

We will email you a PDF of your certified appraisal as soon as it is completed.  Upon request we can also print a hard copy and mail it to your address for a modest fee.
